A proprietary pre-steam spray system instantly softens fabric fibers (especially cotton, linen, and blends) prior to pressing. Steam penetration enhances fiber flexibility, and when combined with precision dual-station pressure control, it completely eliminates fabric hardening, shrinkage, and edge curling commonly caused by traditional dry-heat pressing.
Steam molecules carry thermal energy deep into the fabric for uniform heat distribution, preventing "scorching" or "glazing" (mirror-like marks) caused by localized hot spots in conventional presses. Paired with a non-stick Teflon coating and high-temperature silicone pad, it ensures a perfectly smooth transfer surface with zero mechanical marks.
High-temperature saturated steam effectively expands the molecular chains of fabric fibers, promoting deep penetration and rapid setting of transfer inks/pigments. Compared to dry-heat methods, steam pressing significantly improves colorfastness, delivering richer, more saturated hues that remain vibrant and fade-resistant even after repeated washing and sun exposure.
The dual-station design enables seamless workflow cycles. Fully automated control manages steam injection, pressing, lifting, and ejection. Operators are only required to load the materials; all subsequent processes are completed automatically. This boosts productivity by over 100% while eliminating quality variations caused by manual operation.
